We understand sometimes you may need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. The time allotted is made especially for you, and can be difficult to fill at the last minute. We kindly ask that you give a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or appointment adjustment. In the event of a no call/no show, or cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice, a 50% deposit of your future appointment will be required. If you prefer no deposit be made, you also have the option to visit our salon as a walk in guest. Due to our hours of business we can not accept any cancellations left as a message after hours; this includes Sundays and Mondays.
As a curtosey to our staff, if you plan on being late, please call us at 907-374-3181. We work very hard to schedule the correct amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting the other guests scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require that your appointment be rescheduled for another time or day.
We have the utmost respect for our guests who are parents,most of our staff are parents themselves. However, for insurance purposes, safety and the comfort of our other guests, no child under the age of 12 may be left unattended while you have your services performed. While we love children, we ask that you visit the salon without them, unless the child has an appointment. As much as we love children, we also love our pets. Unfortunately we cannot allow any pets in the salon. Not only is this against the rules of State Board, some of our guests may not feel comfortable with animals in the facility. Please understand this policy is without the intent of offending, and is in place for the safety of children and pets
S Salon has the right to refuse service to any person(s) under the influence of any narcotic, this ensures the safety of our staff and guests, as well as the environment we wish to uphold.
